Granted there are many Beauty Myths out there and while I agree with a few things mentioned; some of the information or advice given in the following video are False and misguided. Especially the one about water not hydrating the skin and FACIALS doing nothing for the SKIN. Exfoliation does NOT equate to a professional Anti-aging Facial.

A trained-professional Aesthetician is your first line of defense for normal, problematic and aging skin. Dermatologists, who often prescribe medication and are more costly, are a last resort for more Serious skin issues such as Rosacea, severe acne, skin rashes and allergies (clients are referred to reputable dermatologist when needed).
